L’allevamento di Collevento nasce per passione, dopo una prima esperienza con i Dobermann, per i cani da pastore maremmano-abruzzese.
Tutto inizia con un esemplare femminile di origine pastorale … Tempesta ha un fascino antico; un cane con spiccate doti comportamentali, si rivela una fattrice eccezionale dando vita a cucciolate molto numerose e con un tasso di sopravvivenza molto vicino al 100% (65 cuccioli in 5 cucciolate) e trasmettendo una grande tipicità di razza.
Infatti, grazie ai risultati raggiunti dai suoi cuccioli, ottiene il titolo di “campione riproduttore” quando ha solo 6 anni.
Dai primi due accoppiamenti nascono Nilo e Gea. Emessi da una linea di sangue particolarmente selezionata per mantello e temperamento, sono la piena espressione della loro discendenza.
Nilo vince il titolo CAMPIONE SOCIALE nel 2015 superando brillantemente il TMC e diventando così RIPRODUTTORE SELEZIONATO (HDB ED0). È stato usato in accoppiamenti per la difesa del bestiame e ancora oggi TUTTI i suoi “figli” sono in attività e hanno dimostrato di essere fantastici guardiani del bestiame. È un stallone da riproduzione molto richiesto.
L’anno seguente Gea supera anche il test TMC e diventa RIPRODUTTORE SELEZIONATO (HDB ED0),raggiunge ottimi risultati in mostre nazionali, internazionali e speciali di razza. Eccezionale Fattrice, trasmette ai suoi cuccioli la costruzione, il mantello e un temperamento forte ed equilibrato.
Per i seguenti accoppiamenti di Tempesta e Gea abbiamo cercato una tipicità di testa ed espressione e l’abbiamo trovata in Spezzaferro.
Dalle successive cucciolate di Tempesta e Gea nascono, tra gli altri:
- Desdemona pluri exc in expo nazionali, internazionali e raduni
- Dama Bianca (HDB ed0) Giovane campione italiano , campione italiano, riproduttore selezionato. Ceduta all’allevamento Arajani vincitrice della classe libera e CAC al raduno di S.Jona

- Furia Bianca Ceduta all’allevamento Arajani. Giovane promessa enci
- Guardia di Collevento multi exc in expo nazionali internazionali e raduni cpma.
- Abbiamo usato i nostri cani selezionati per la difesa, inizialmente per il nostro piccolo allevamento avicolo e poi per il gregge di pecore Suffolk da carne che alleviamo.
Ci siamo distinti nel nostro ambiente per la nostra onestà e trasparenza.
Fin dall’inizio Collevento utilizza solo riproduttori con campione biologico registrato, quindi i accoppiamenti possono essere controllati non solo sui pedigree ma anche attraverso una diagnosi di parentela.
Nel 2015 QUIETE DI ARAJANI entra a far parte della “famiglia”. Presto dimostra di essere un cane incredibilmente tipico. Ottiene titoli prestigiosi come GIOVANE PROMESSA ENCI, J.WORLD CHAMPION MOSKOW, J. EUROPEAN CHAMPION BRUXELLES, CAMPIONE ITALIANO, CAMPIONE SOCIALE 2017 supera brillantemente il test TMC e diventa RIPRODUTTORE SELEZIONATO (HDB ED0)
Chiara, mentre si prende cura dei suoi tre figli, si dedica a tempo pieno all’allevamento dei suoi cani.
Per farlo al meglio, ha studiato e ottenuto un diploma di assistente veterinario e ha frequentato corsi di “educatore Cinofilo Enci”; Inoltre consegue il MASTER ALLEVATORE CINOFILO ENCI 2018.
Segue l’inserimanto dei cuccioli venduti nelle loro nuove realtà e assiste i nuovi proprietari, fornendo anche, se necessario, cure mediche e di convalescenza, anche nei locali del’allevamento di Collevento.
Lo scopo della nostra selezione è di avere cuccioli che siano corretti sia sotto l’aspetto della morfologia che del temperamento. Ci occupiamo della loro socializzazione inter e intra-specifica allevandoli a stretto contatto con i nostri tre bambini, adulti, pecore e capre.
Proprio per crescere ben socializzati ed equilibrati, i nostri cani vivono in branchi dove devono rispettare l’ordine gerarchico e le regole di convivenza. Queste attenzioni contribuiscono allo sviluppo dei cani capaci di vivere in armonia anche in famiglia oltre che in ambiente rurale.
La profonda conoscenza di ogni singolo cucciolo (e dei loro genitori), assieme alla conoscenza teorica, garantisce l’assistenza alla scelta giusta del cucciolo più adatto per ogni esigenza.
L’obiettivo di Collevento è la conservazione di questa razza di cani millenaria, fantastica e versatile.

Collevento breeding farm was born out of passion, after a first experience with Dobermanns, for Maremmano-abruzzese sheepdogs.
It all starts with a pastoral orgin female specimen… Tempesta has an ancient charm; a dog with strong behavioural skills, she turns out to be an outstanding brood mother, giving birth to very large litters ( 65 puppies in 5 deliveries) and passing on a great breed typicality.
In fact, thanks to the results achieved by her puppies, she wins the title of “ reproductive champion” when she is only 6 years old.
From the first two matings Nilo and Gea are born. Issued from a blood line particolary selected for its coat and temperament, they are a full expression of their descent.
Nilo wins the SOCIAL CHAMPION title in 2015 brillantly passing the TMC test and becoming thus SELECTED REPRODUCTIVE SPECIMEN (HDB ED0). He was used in matings aimed at livestock defense and still today ALL of his “sons” are still in activity and have proved to be amazing livestock guardians. He is a very requested breeding stud.
The following year Gea also passes the TMC test and becomes SELECTED REPRODUCTIVE SPECIMEN (HDB ED0), pluri exc in both domestic and International exhibitions and breed rallies . A great brood mother , she passes on to her puppies the construction, the coat and a strong and balanced temperament.
For the following matings of Tempesta and Gea we have sought a head and expression typicality and we found it in Spezzaferro.

We used our selected dogs for defense, at first for our small poultry livestock and then for the sheep flock that we breed for our own consumption.
We have distinguished ourselves in our environment for our honesty and transparency.
Since the beginning Collevento only uses reproductive dogs with registered biological sample, hence the matings can be fully checked not only on pedigrees but also through relative diagnosis.
In 2015 QUIETE DI ARAJANI becomes part of the “family”. She soon proves to be an incredibly typical dog. She obtains prestigious titles such as GIOVANE PROMESSA ENCI, J.WORLD CHAMPION MOSKOW, J. EUROPEAN CHAMPION BRUXELLES, CAMPIONE ITALIANO, CAMPIONE SOCIALE 2017 she brillantly passes the TMC test and becomes SELECTED REPRODUCTIVE SPECIMEN (HDB ED0)
Chiara, while taking good care of her three chldren ,dedicates herself full-time to her dogs breeding.
To do so at her best she studied and obtained a veterinarian assistant diploma and she attended “dog educator” courses; She also obtain the MASTER ALLEVATORE CINOFILO ENCI 2018.
She follows up the adjustment of the sold puppies in their new realities and assist the new owners, also providing, if needed, medical and convalescence cares or just kennels , in the farm premises.
The aim of our selection is to have puppies which are correct both under the aspect of the morphology and the temperament. We take care of their inter and intra-socialisation by raising them in close contact with our three children, adults, sheeps and goats.
Precisely in order to grow up well-socialised and balanced, the dogs live in packs where they have to respect the hierarchical order and the cohabitation rules. These attentions contribute to the developing of dogs capables of living in harmony even with an hypothetical family.
The deep knowledge of every single puppy (and their parents), together with the theorical knowledge, guarantees the right choice of the most suitable puppy for every need.
The goal of Collevento is the preservation of this thousand-year old, fantastic and versatile dog breed.
